Foreperson/Lead Carpenter All skills listed under "Carpenter" are required, plus: Organizational and good communication skills Ability to complete job reports Conduct safety meetings Crew and subcontractor supervision Layout Promote and achieve standards of excellence in construction Excellent customer relation skills Experience working on federal projects, a plus
Superintendent All skills listed under "Foreperson/Lead Carpenter" are required, plus: Broad knowledge of all phases and trades of construction Experience with critical path schedules Ability to supervise multiple jobs simultaneously Supervising federal projects, a plus Estimating experience, a plus
